Incentivers effekt på turnover

This FFI report is based on the final Master of Management project assignment from the Norwegian Business School. The report looks into the kind of attitudes employees have towards turnover. To find out more, the report has conducted a survey where a questionnaire was sent out to Økokrim, Manpower AS, The Norwegian Frigate project and Program GOLF (Large IKT-project). The questionnaire contained both economic and non-economic independent variables. The result shows that non-economic variables get a higher score than economic variables. The report forms a part of broader project within FFI, Group for Industrial Strategy, looking into how to optimise Integrated Project Teams and collaboration between Defence and Industry. Recruiting and holding onto key-personnel, as part of the TISAM concepts is one of the tasks the Group For Industrial Strategy are working on.
