Various polymer matrices intended for future application in rocket propellants were prepared and characterized. All samples were based on the prepolymer hydroxyl terminated poly-caprolactone ether (HTCE) which was cured with Desmodur N100. Two types of curing catalysts were used: DBTDL and TFB. The plasticizer BDNPA/F was mixed into one of the polymer matrices. The curing reaction was analyzed by FTIR and rheology analysis, whereas cured samples were subjected to hardness measurements (Shore A) and themoanalysis (DSC and TGA).en_GB
