The report presents the results from FFI project 868 METEX, “Methodology for Concept Development and Prioritization of Experiments”. METEX has been performed in collaboration with Teleplan AS. The project results include: • A suggested methodology for concept development and prioritization of experiments. Experiments must be prioritized with regard to their cost, expected operational value (benefit) and uncertainties that may hinder successful experimentation. The complete process is documented in a web. A pre-release version of the web is already in use by the Armed Forces. • A new campaign plan for concept development and experimentation for the Armed Forces, developed for the National Joint Headquarters in Stavanger. The plan was released in June 2004. These results will give major contributions towards a more focused and coordinated experimentation activity in Norway’s Armed Forces.en_GB
