Military research and development has a crucial importance in order to enhance defence capabilities and multinational interoperability. Proper reporting from military research to defence decision makers is therefore very important. Ordinary written reports or smaller notes, seminars, meetings and internet presentations, can do this. In addition most of the military research is suited for civil applications and due to its effort to enhance security and social stability, defence knowledge has a human interest. Increased effort must therefore be put on reporting to a wider national and internationally public audience. Finally results from military research have to be spread within the academic society and defence alliance.en_GB
