This report presents the results from the FFI project "BAS4/Measures to reduce vulnerabilities in the transport system". The main goal of this project is to identify critical vulnerabilities in the transport system, to clarify impacts of loss of transport services, and to evaluate measures to reduce the identified vulnerabilities. The results from the analysis are three different strategies for protection of the transport system. The strategies are focusing on basic security, terrorism protection and protection against war. Each strategy is composed of different preventive and remedial measures. The composition of each strategy is based on cost-effectiveness evaluations of different combinations of measures.en_GB
